The Muay Thai University
What it is
A syllabus, not a highlight reel
The Muay Thai University is Oli Jenkins' online school — the same syllabus he teaches in person, filmed directly in Thailand. Structured tutorials that start from a proper stance and build, lesson by lesson, towards fight-level craft.
New videos are uploaded every week across the course tracks, and guest coaches — champions and trainers from across Thailand and beyond — film special series with us as the library grows. Learn in order, at your pace, wherever you train.

The head coach
The coach Thais hire to train Thais
Oli Jenkins is considered one of the top foreign coaches in Thailand and one of the best pad holders in the industry — one of very few foreign trainers to have been paid by Thais to train Thais, and to take Thai fighters to Channel 7 and Rajadamnern belts.
He now trains fighters from all around the world, from complete beginners to those competing at the highest level in Thailand — ONE Championship, RWS and five-round Bangkok stadium shows. His reputation is built on the fundamentals: systems that go into real depth yet stay easy to understand and apply, whatever level you train at.
Questions
Before you ask
What do I get with a membership?
Every course track — Fundamentals, Intermediate, Advanced and Pad Holder — plus the guest coach series as it lands. One membership unlocks the whole library, with new videos added every week.
Who is it for?
Anyone serious about learning Muay Thai properly. Complete beginners start at Fundamentals and build from zero. Experienced nak muay go straight to the intermediate and advanced material. The Pad Holder track is for coaches, training partners and parents who want to hold pads safely and well.
How often are new videos added?
Weekly. We film on the floor at Siam Boxing and release new lessons across the tracks every week, in the order our coaches actually teach them.
How is this different from free YouTube videos?
YouTube gives you scattered techniques with no order and no context. The University is a structured curriculum: each track is built lesson by lesson as a progression, by the same coaches, using one consistent system — so what you learn in week one is still paying off in month six.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time and simply run to the end of the period you have paid for. Yearly memberships run to the end of the year and will not renew if you cancel. No forms, no phone calls.
Do I need equipment to follow along?
Not to start. Stance, footwork and shadowboxing need nothing but floor space and a mirror if you have one. As you progress, a pair of gloves and access to a bag or a training partner with pads will let you get the most from the striking and pad holder material.
